Oil change was done on time while I waited for my car. My service rep, Amanda, kept me updated and explained other possible filters that should be changed.
One day before my scheduled appointment to bring my car in for an oil change and some other services, my check engine light came on, and so I stopped by Chapman Hyundai to see if they were able to check-in my car a day earlier. They gladly did and got right on top of things fairly quickly. My service advisor Nick was in constant contact with me regarding my car's status and made sure everything was fixed as quickly as possible, which I really appreciated. It was certainly a positive experience as I typically have with Chapman Hyundai, and I definitely recommend them to anyone for their car care needs. They really do care!

Audry insures you and your automobile receive the top-of-the-line service. She even went to my car for my car pillows when I decided I needed "more height" once she raised the courtesy car seat to max (short person.) Made another trip to my car when I forgot my sunglasses. She was like having your best friend there to take care of you. Liked having a car wash included once repairs were completed. It's always a good feeling you're back in your own vehicle knowing it runs fine and looks good, too. ??

The service was great from start to finish. Clint , the service agent, was polite , respectful and attentive. What I liked most was my recall service was done without a huge push for other service. Yes he did his job promoting additional work but when I told him I didn’t have time he didn’t push ! I so appreciated that. Was happy and scheduled a needed service for next month. I waited for my vehicle. I was informed that it would take approximately 1 1/2 for the work to be completed. The technician spoke with me on the progress of my vehicle. In fact, my car was completed before the 1 and one half. This was definitely a memorable experience.
Took my 2023 Palisade in for it's first service. Promised in 1-1/2 hours. Was ready 10 minutes early. I am very pleased with my first experience with this dealer's service department. Will return for my next service.
Our local dealership should take a page out of your book on how to treat customers. 1. Appointment at perfect time (got in under a week’s time) 2. Courteous, and delightful, customer service. 3. They cleaned our INSIDE windshield without being asked! 4. Waiting room was clean, well stocked and comfortable. 5. Wish we lived here to experience this customer service on a regular basis.
Purchasing this vehicle was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. The sales team answered all my questions, and I had a lot to ask, and went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything about the car and its capabilities. The finance team educated me on all if the different coverage options I had. Then patiently walked me through the paperwork for my loan and warranties, explaining to me everything I was signing. Hands down, the employees and leadership at this dealership had my best interest in mind and I walked away smiling with my new car!

Our low mileage ‘23 Tucson had a persistent oil leak from Day 1. We were closer to Tucson and/or Cottonwood Hyundai dealers when we first bought our car, but they couldn’t seem to fix the leaky valve cover gasket correctly. When we returned toTucson, we dropped the car at Chapman, knowing their expertise would do the job right, and it was. Thanks to Francisco Ramirez and the Service Dept for doing the job correctly!

I went and got my oil changed just the other day and once I got there I was definitely expecting to be there for a while. However, Jacquelyn Anderson, one of the service workers, made my visit go by Incredibly fast and I was in and out before I knew it. She was very nice and helpful. Next time I need an oil change or help servicing my car, I’m definitely going to her!

Zachry Schroeder & Dale Taylor were very friendly and professional. It always takes way too long to buy a new car. We got there at 10 & left at 4. For an old guy like me at 80 that’s too long with no lunch etc. plus for my wife as well. Both Zach & Dale were good to do business with and not pushy which I certainly appreciated. We haven’t picked up the car yet. Will be back to do that next Thursday or Friday. But, I’ve been assured the car is ours now. Thank you once again.
All went according to plan. Nick was very friendly. We will be back, My only disappointment was I thought they said they would wash the car and vacuum. It wasn’t vacuumed. I took it to Cobblestone to be vac’d.

Frank in the service department was able to replace the battery in a Hyundai Kona on the same day in a timely and professional manner. This was important because we were worried that if we turned off the car we would not have been able to restart it.
As always my experience whenever I bring my car in for service has always been good. Nothing negative to report. Frank is great and always on top of things, he makes the service call as easy as possible. Love the car and the service.

My Sonata's airbag light came on and I wasn't sure why, so I had Chapman Hyundai's service department look into it. They diagnosed the problem to be a module that needed replacing at a cost of just over $1300. I had them check if the part could be replaced under my extended warranty. It turned out that the extended warranty doesn't cover items such as this, so I was at a loss for what to do as a $1300+ repair bill was quite out of reach for me. At that point I just didn't know what to do. Service advisor Nick and the service department manager Jari told me to hang on as they really wanted to help me out and said they'd see what they could do for me. Meanwhile, they let me borrow one of their loaner vehicles so that I was able to go to my job every morning while my car was still in their service shop, which I was really grateful for. I finally heard back from Nick with great news... Hyundai would replace the airbag module on my car at no charge, and would only take a couple of days once the part came in. I was so happy to hear that and I am very thankful to Nick and Jari for going the extra mile to help me out in this way. I highly recommend Chapman Hyundai's service center for any car issues as they really go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers. I'm very appreciative of them and I think they're just spectacular. Just ask for Nick or Jari and you'll be very well taken care of. A huge thanks to them... you guys are wonderful!!

I would highly recommend Chapman Hyundai and would use the dealership again, but I plan on keeping my new purchase for a while. My sales agent Zachry showed me the cars I was interested in and once the purchase was completed, he went over all the new bells and whistles my car has. We had time when I was waiting for financing so he didn’t just leave me sitting in the waiting area, we sat and talked at his desk. The only thing that took the longest was waiting for financing. They were working with only one advisor and there was another customer ahead of me, so I can understand waiting. (I also know there can be people who put up a fuss if they have to wait longer than 5 minutes.) Anyway, the team did great and I got my new car and love driving it. Thank you Chapman Hyundai!

I was in for an IONIQ 6 recall. Got an appointment within days. Took it in and was done in about 90 minutes. Nice coffee machine (not as simple as the overcooked pot on a hot plate at my last dealer but much better coffee) There is a popcorn machine (healthy snacks if you prefer that junk) Everything was explained to me and the car came back clean. I have read in the blogs about people waiting months for this recall and horrible service, they should come here. Easy - Peasy
