We had a few things taken care of on our 2024 Kona which needed to be addressed when we purchased it. Juri, the Service Manager took care of all of our concerns. He was awesome to work with. This car was purchased for our daughter and I have no doubt Chapman Hyundai will provide excellent service of her car for years to come.

Outstanding experience at Chapman Hyundai. The battery on my Ioniq 5 was failing. Another dealer - unnamed - found nothing wrong and told me that 120 mile charge was "normal range." Amanda Dell at Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale was able to have her technician identify the problem and start the process to replace the battery. But in the meantime, Hyundai Motor America agreed to repurchase the car and I decided to buy a new 2024 Ioniq 5 Ltd. Jim Trafficanta at Chapman was professional and excellent in the way he dealt with my needs. He showed me the different cars available, explained all the new features, provided me with options, and walked me through the process to purchase the new car. He even helped me with color selection by putting my two choices side by side so that I could make a clear comparison -- I went with the Teal. He did a great job arranging the delivery and stayed late on delivery day to make sure it went well. He then offered to let me come in a few days later for a more comprehensive review of the features of this very sophisticated vehicle. From service to sales to delivery, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have been driving for 66 years!

Let's start with Amanda Dell, who was able to find someone to identify the problem with my 2023 Ioniq 5, which another dealer could not. She was fantastic in helping me deal with a dead battery and getting me moving again. She is why I purchased my new Ioniq 5 2024 from Chapman. Now Jim Trafficanta who worked with me to find exactly the car I wanted and explained all of the promotions. He even set up a gray and a teal next to each other so that my wife could choose. He was very professional and did a great job getting the new car ready and delivering it. He even called the morning after to make sure I was happy (I am). Blake in Finance did a very good job explaining everything and getting us through the signing with less pain than we expected. All in all, I am very pleased with Chapman Hyundai and will tell everyone I know who is looking for a car. By the way, the 2024 Ioniq 5 is Incredible!
I was very pleased with the salesperson and finance department.
My car was using oil and Chapman Hyundai put my car through a couple of 1000 mile test to document my issue. Once confirmed they replaced the engine no questions asked. Nick was extremely helpful throughout the process.

The service was excellent. Came in for the oil change and tire rotation. However there was a braking issue. James rode with me and immediately diagnosed the problem and it was fixed that day!

I brought my 2021 Santa Fe in for an oil change and it's 24,000 mile inspection. Nick Kellogg got me in right away and I was on the road in two hours. My wait was a pleasure. Coffee, water, popcorn and donuts were provided. Thanks for the great service!
We broke down outside of Scottsdale and had to have the vehicle towed in with a check engine light on. We left it at the night drop. Amanda Dell was able to get the vehicle looked at the next morning. The service department did a diagnostic and determine we just needed a software update.

Took my Sante Fe in for a recall. This was my first visit to this location and was impressed with this state-of-art facility. Upon arrival was greeted by service advisor, Amanda, who was very welcoming/friendly/professional wherein she clearly provided me with a summary of the recall service and I also was provided with text updates too. Amanda also set up a ride share to take me home and also collect me when my service was completed. Well done Chapman !!!
I always receive great service when bringing car in for service. Amanda especially personable and communicative. Appts are typically readily available in comparison to other Hyundai service depts.

Chapman goes the best customer service for my car. I love the waiting room the TV program rebuilding and remodeling homes very fascinating, popcorn, beverage bar snack bar. The time goes fast. The people are so pleasant and so timely and work quickly and efficiently and bring me a freshly washed and cleaned car no place has this kind of service they’re friendly thorough and they give me for an ounce of what was done fair pricing, and what needs to be done. Also, if the wait is long two or three hours and give me a free ride home

I have become a repeat customer at Chapman Hyundai after and purchasing my first cars elsewhere. Chapman sales team and servicing is second to none. We tell our preferred salesman what we are looking for and he gets in touch with us when he’s located exactly what we want. We get a seamless purchasing process and the finance manager is a super cool guy. The service advisors go above and beyond to provide an awesome experience. You either get a complimentary rideshare ride to head home while you wait or enjoy their awesome work and lounge space onsite. The coffee, water, snacks and fresh popcorn are a nice touch. I won’t go anywhere else now to buy a car.
Came in for a routine oil and filter change. They did find a nail in one tire. Waited 2 hours to do those two things. Back home in Wisconsin I can have an oil change done in 30 minutes.
