Amanda is always so nice but she really took care of me this week. She kept me posted and I was just waiting as usual. She then came to me saying some additional work needed to be done and they weren’t sure one part was available in town. It would be the next day before it would be ready. She said there was a loaner car waiting for me. She fetched the car seat from my car and sent me on my way. She called me later in the day to let me know my car would be ready about 10 in the morning. She then let me know the next day when it was ready. The additional work was under warranty and Amanda took care of all of that.
I brought my car in the other day to have the rear shocks replaced and the Chapman Hyundai team was able to get the repair work done under warranty which saved me lots of money. They were quick and professional and now my car runs better and is safer to drive. A big thanks to Chapman Hyundai!

I brought my Hyundai Sonata in for an Oil change. I added two more services while there. It took till closing time to get done. I was glad to get my brakes and Serpentine belt jobs done. It was a bit costly $$$, but I got them all done in a few hours.
I needed to bring my car in for a security recall as well as the regular maintenance oil change, etc. I got a call saying my battery was very low and should be replaced. I asked how much, and it was going to be over $400. I've never paid that much for a battery, so told them I would go elsewhere for that. What a wonderful surprise when I returned for my car and was told that the battery was only a few days past the warranty, so service staff Ryan Romo had pushed to have it extended, and the new battery was installed at no cost to me. Thanks again, Ryan, for your above-and-beyond customer service! I should say that my husband also has a Hyundai, and when either of us has brought our car in, the service has been excellent.

I was. recommended to Chapman and so thankful I was. My car was overlooked by other inspections for my tail light were not working! As well as other issues. My car drives like brand new since Chapman discovered and repaired the issues. The staff is friendly and helpful with question. They are neat and clean and so is my car when I am ready to drive home. The prices are fair also. The waiting area is spacious and decked with choices of a variety of hot beverages, fresh popped popcorn a big screen TV. Time goes fast.. love Chapman

It is unbelievable, but true. Our car's turbo failed again for the 2nd time in one year. We brought our car to Chapman, explained that it was once again having issues accelerating and sounded like it was dragging cans (like the car on a wedding day). They diagnosed it and yep, sure enough, the turbo that was just replaced last year (by a different dealership), failed AGAIN. There were a few hours of uncertainty on whether or not it would fall under warranty this time, but thankfully, it did. Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale got us connected with Enterprise and got us in a SWEET Honda Passport for a few days. We brought the rental back and then Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale got us in a loaner. The repairs took about a week and a half and our service advisor, Dominique was quick in her communications via text to keep us apprised of how the repairs were going. After getting back the full assessment, it was determined some other repairs would be needed and we asked to order just the parts for it , as we would install them ourselves. Somewhere along the line, this got mixed up and the installment was performed without our agreement. I texted Dominique/our service advisor this and said that's not acceptable and I wouldn't be paying for it. Ready to have a drag-out argument on the subject, I headed to the dealership to find our service advisor was not in and received an immediate apology from those in her stead that the labor on that repair would be comped and they were sorry for the miscommunication. I picked up our car several days ago and it is driving better than it has in a very long time. At this point, just waiting to hear back from Hyundai Corporate on our rental reimbursement. This experience truly could not have turned out better! Thank you, Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale!
Hyundai Chapman helped me a ton despite my situation with car theft on my previous car. They were extremely helpful and patient with me and provided amazing customer service. I worked with Chad, Amanda, and Francisco throughout the process of getting me into a new car. I’m really thankful to them and the entire team. My experience has always been Exceptionally professional. My Rep Clint has always taken the time to explain any questions or possible time delays due to extended service problems. His honest but sympathetic attitude when extended times were necessary was respectful and sympathetic! My father was the manager of a dealership so I understand the challenge the service dept faces with owner anxiety about potential service issues.

I have been with Hyundai for 16 years -- I still own a 2006 Sonata,6 cylinders -- and Chapman Hyundai & Nick Kellogg will certainly be my choice for future service on both Sonata`s !!

Oil change was done on time while I waited for my car. My service rep, Amanda, kept me updated and explained other possible filters that should be changed.
One day before my scheduled appointment to bring my car in for an oil change and some other services, my check engine light came on, and so I stopped by Chapman Hyundai to see if they were able to check-in my car a day earlier. They gladly did and got right on top of things fairly quickly. My service advisor Nick was in constant contact with me regarding my car's status and made sure everything was fixed as quickly as possible, which I really appreciated. It was certainly a positive experience as I typically have with Chapman Hyundai, and I definitely recommend them to anyone for their car care needs. They really do care!

She even went to my car for my car pillows when I decided I needed "more height" once she raised the courtesy car seat to max (short person.) Made another trip to my car when I forgot my sunglasses. She was like having your best friend there to take care of you. Liked having a car wash included once repairs were completed. I waited for my vehicle. I was informed that it would take approximately 1 1/2 for the work to be completed. The technician spoke with me on the progress of my vehicle. In fact, my car was completed before the 1 and one half. This was definitely a memorable experience.
Took my 2023 Palisade in for it's first service. Promised in 1-1/2 hours. Was ready 10 minutes early. I am very pleased with my first experience with this dealer's service department. Will return for my next service.
Our local dealership should take a page out of your book on how to treat customers. 1. Appointment at perfect time (got in under a week’s time) 2. Courteous, and delightful, customer service. 3. They cleaned our INSIDE windshield without being asked! 4. Waiting room was clean, well stocked and comfortable. 5. Wish we lived here to experience this customer service on a regular basis.
Purchasing this vehicle was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. The sales team answered all my questions, and I had a lot to ask, and went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything about the car and its capabilities. The finance team educated me on all if the different coverage options I had. Then patiently walked me through the paperwork for my loan and warranties, explaining to me everything I was signing. Hands down, the employees and leadership at this dealership had my best interest in mind and I walked away smiling with my new car!

Rapid check in and the service was completed in under an hour. Still waiting for the wiring harness to arrive though.
